Bee Problems

In the event you have a swarm of bees around your house, you might want to call Mr. Kenneth Bennett at 615-323-9048 or e-mail kb4bama@comcast.net.   Mr. Bennett is a private citizen (not associated with the City of Portland), and he is a professional beekeeper.

Mr. Bennett sometimes is able to come to your home and trap the bees.  This gets rid of your bee problem as Mr. Bennett removes the bees safely.

Please note that killing honeybees is needless and irresponsible.  Each year, in the United States, honeybees are becoming more and more scarce.  Professional beekeepers spend countless hours and a lot of money keeping them alive to pollinate our food crops.

By the way, in case you are worried, there are no killer bees in Tennessee.  It is unclear if they will ever travel this far north.
